Livetribune delayed to mid December 2007

Dear all,

We inform you that the Livetribune launch has been delayed from October to mid December 2007. Indeed, we recently decided to unleash totally the concept, that's why we are sorry to inform you our development is a bit late.

We really hope you'll enjoy Livetribune. We decided that the login stage should be dead simple. We achieved it by integration both Google account authentication and OpenID authentication. So if you have a GMail account and already logged into your GMail today, then Livetribune will only ask you to confirm you are willing to login to Livetribune using that account. It takes a single click, no need to re-enter any login or even create an account. And this totally respects the Google authentication system (Google Auth Sub ) so this is 100% safe.

We also reworked totally our URL system to be more restful and thus have a better caching system, meaning increased performance for the end user.

Finally, we tunned the rating system to turn it more accurate, faster and more intuitive.

OK, enough said, see you in December, you won't be disappointed. Cheers,

Raphaël Valyi.
